Not bad considering the pace of the current would have taken them in ten minutes otherwise. Every 1/2 hour they would go about 10 feet. It wouldn't hold them but sure did slow the drag.
I use it for a 500lb Seadoo. Works super in calm water. Great for small crafts.
I once used it to hold 2 seadoos in rough semi rough water. Great if you are looking for an anchor with limited storage space. The padded bag is great since it gets bounced around in the storage compartment.
Keeps it from breaking other stuff.
Storage bag is well padded so you stub your toe. Well made quality product.
The carrying case is nicely padded and fits the entire length of rope without spilling out. The anchor is a solid product for a light boat or inflatable. I swapped mine out for nylon and changed to a 50'length. Keep in mind the rope is hollow braid polypropylene. I have yet to take it out on the water, but it seems to be well made. My only complaint is the collar that keeps the prongs from splaying out doesn't work too well.
Basically this is not quite strong enough. Engages nicely and is easy to use, but the tines break off very easily.
I do not suggest this item if you plan to use it in a strong current area. First time I used it three of the four tines broke off. If I did not have a friend with a PWC, my Seadoo would be out some where in the Atlantic right know.
